His recent group exhibitions include: "Humanic Data" at YK Presents, Seoul, Korea (2024); "Another Materiality" at Hongik Museum of Art, Seoul, Korea (2023); "Presence and Absence" at Heaven Gallery, Chicago, US (2020) and "Missingness" at The LeRoy Neiman Center, Chicago, US (2018). Kim Myungchan received a BFA in Painting at the School of the Art Institue of Chicago in 2018 and a MFA in Painting at Hongik University in 2024. He completed a residency at Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, US in 2020.
